Privacy Policy

This notice explains how SymphonyCross handles information connected with the Mark's Story campaign, this website, and SymphonyCross lead forms displayed on Meta platforms such as Facebook.

Effective August 31, 2026Last updated August 31, 2026

1. Who we are

SymphonyCross Financial Consulting Group is a marketing and education brand operated by a Pennsylvania-licensed insurance producer. SymphonyCross is not an insurance company. Insurance products are underwritten and issued by the applicable insurance carrier, and linked application platforms may be operated by third parties such as Ethos.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information: your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Request preferences: whether you want to start an online estimate, book a 15-minute conversation, or review both choices.
  • Lead-form information: information you submit through a SymphonyCross form on Facebook or another Meta service, together with form and campaign metadata Meta makes available to us.
  • Website and device information: pages viewed, links used, approximate location derived from an internet address, browser or device type, and campaign parameters when optional analytics or advertising storage is permitted.
  • Correspondence: information you choose to provide in an email, phone call, scheduling request, or other follow-up communication.
Please do not submit health information through a Meta lead form.

If health information is needed to explore coverage, provide it only through an identified carrier or secure application platform after reviewing that provider's privacy notice.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • deliver the information or next step you requested;
  • respond by email or phone and schedule a requested conversation;
  • help you access an online estimate or application pathway you select;
  • operate, secure, measure, and improve this campaign and website;
  • keep appropriate business, consent, and compliance records; and
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

Submitting a form is not a purchase and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, a particular premium, or coverage. SymphonyCross does not charge a consumer a fee to request an estimate or an introductory conversation.

4. Contact consent and your choices

When you submit a lead form, you request the selected information and agree that SymphonyCross, a licensed producer, or an authorized representative may follow up about that inquiry by email or phone. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also ask us to stop calling or emailing by replying to the message or using the contact information below. Service or compliance messages related to a request you made may still be sent when permitted by law.

5. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • work with service providers that support advertising, lead delivery, customer relationship management, email, scheduling, analytics, security, or website hosting, including Meta, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google, and OpenAI Sites where applicable;
  • connect you with Ethos, an insurance carrier, or another insurance platform when you choose to continue to that service;
  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • protect the rights, safety, and security of visitors, SymphonyCross, or others; or
  • complete a business transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

Third-party platforms process information under their own privacy notices and settings. Review the notice shown by a platform before providing information.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology

This website uses necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel advertising storage, and the Mailchimp marketing script remain restricted unless you select “Allow all optional cookies.” If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional tracking remains disabled on this site.

A Meta lead form is hosted by Meta. Meta may collect information about your use of its services independently under its own privacy terms, even when optional tracking is disabled on this website. You can manage this website's choice at any time with the Cookie preferences button.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to your request, maintaining required business or compliance records, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by the record and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission, form, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through ordinary email or a social-media lead form.

8. Your privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we maintain about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain uses. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity and request before acting. Some records may be retained when required or permitted by law.

Send requests to Care.Team@symphonycross.com or call 866-651-0538.

9. Children

This campaign and its forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through this campaign. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and address the request.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the campaign, our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required.
